Our Services
What We Offer
Every service we offer is rooted in evidence, tailored to the individual or organisation, and designed for lasting effect — not fleeting inspiration.
Our flagship service — a dedicated, confidential one-to-one coaching relationship for senior leaders and high-potential professionals. Each programme is individually designed, drawing on a suite of validated psychometric instruments including MBTI, Hogan Assessments, and 360-degree feedback tools. Engagements typically run for six to twelve months, providing sufficient depth to create genuine behavioural change, not just surface-level insight. Coaches are matched on the basis of sector experience, personal style, and specific developmental goals. All our executive coaches hold postgraduate qualifications in psychology or a related discipline and are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Enquire Now →Bespoke multi-module programmes designed for leadership cohorts at every stage — from newly appointed managers to experienced C-suite executives preparing for the next chapter. Our programmes combine the intimacy of cohort learning with the rigour of action learning sets, allowing participants to apply insights directly to live business challenges. Modules are co-designed with your organisation to reflect your culture, sector context, and strategic priorities. We draw on contemporary leadership theory, positive psychology, and systems thinking to offer perspectives that are intellectually rich and immediately practical. Available as residential, modular, or blended formats.

Clarendon's career transition service is used by organisations as a premium outplacement solution and by individuals seeking independent guidance at pivotal career moments. We work with professionals returning to work after a career break, those making a sector change, mid-career pivots, and executives pursuing their first or second board-level role. Our approach begins with a comprehensive career audit, explores identity and values alongside skills and market opportunity, and culminates in a confident, clearly articulated personal strategy — not merely a polished CV.
Enquire Now →Staff wellbeing is no longer a peripheral benefit — it is a core driver of performance, retention, and organisational resilience. Clarendon's wellbeing consultancy begins with a thorough culture diagnostic to identify where the organisation's psychological climate is a source of energy, and where it is a source of drain. We then design and deliver targeted interventions: burnout prevention programmes, resilience training, mental health first aid, manager capability development, and long-term culture change strategies. Our work is always data-informed and outcome-measured, with clear benchmarks agreed at the outset. We work closely with People teams to embed changes that endure beyond the engagement.
Enquire Now →Effective strategy and successful change are inseparable. Too often, organisations invest in brilliant strategy that founders at the point of execution. Clarendon's consultants work at the intersection of strategic clarity and human behaviour — facilitating board-level strategy sessions, designing stakeholder engagement processes, and guiding leadership teams through the psychological as well as operational dimensions of change. We bring structured change management frameworks — including Kotter, Bridges, and Prosci — alongside deep expertise in the interpersonal dynamics that make the difference between change that sticks and change that stalls. Particularly suited to mergers, restructures, cultural transformation, and post-acquisition integration.
Enquire Now →From a half-day facilitated session to a multi-day immersive residential retreat, our group programmes offer teams the rare gift of dedicated time to think, connect, and plan. Formats range from tightly structured skills workshops to open, exploratory team retreats at hand-picked venues across the United Kingdom — from the Cotswolds to the Scottish Highlands. Each programme is co-designed with the commissioning organisation and led by experienced Clarendon facilitators who understand how to hold space for complex group dynamics. A fully virtual option is available for geographically dispersed teams. Whether the goal is team cohesion, strategic alignment, or skill-building, we create experiences that are remembered and acted upon.

How We Work
Every Clarendon engagement follows a consistent four-stage process — flexible enough to adapt, structured enough to deliver.
We begin by listening — carefully and without agenda. Through structured diagnostic conversations, psychometric tools, and stakeholder interviews, we build a clear picture of the individual or organisation's starting point, goals, and the underlying dynamics at play.
Drawing on what we have discovered, we co-create a programme tailored to your precise needs. No generic frameworks, no off-the-shelf content. Every element — the methodology, the pacing, the practitioner match — is chosen with intention.
We execute the programme with care, consistency, and candour. Regular check-ins ensure we remain responsive to shifting priorities. Our practitioners maintain high standards of confidentiality and professional ethics throughout every engagement.
We do not walk away at the end of a contract. Every engagement concludes with a structured reflection, a clear articulation of the progress made, and practical guidance on how to sustain and build upon the gains achieved.
Investment
We do not publish standard fee schedules, because no two clients have identical needs. What we can tell you is that every investment in Clarendon's services is scoped transparently, agreed upfront, and designed to deliver clear, measurable value. We work across a range of organisational sizes and budgets — and we will always tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
Scoped per engagement based on the number of sessions, psychometric tools used, and programme duration. Packages typically range from three to twelve months.
Priced by scope, cohort size, and programme length. We offer phased payment options and joint evaluation frameworks to demonstrate return on investment.
Fixed-price facilitation packages available for standard formats. Bespoke retreats are quoted following a scoping conversation with no obligation to proceed.
"A complimentary 30-minute discovery call is always our starting point — it costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. We would rather invest that time together than have you make a decision without the full picture."
Questions
Answers to the questions we hear most often. If yours is not here, please do get in touch.
The short answer is: a discovery conversation with one of our practitioners will help you reach a clear answer. As a general guide, one-to-one coaching is most powerful when an individual has specific personal or professional goals, when there is a need for confidential support through a transition, or when the development required is highly personalised. Group leadership programmes are better suited when the goal is collective capability-building — where a cohort of peers learning together, challenging each other, and sharing experience adds significant value over individual development alone. Many clients benefit from both, either concurrently or sequentially.
All Clarendon coaches hold a minimum of a postgraduate-level coaching qualification and are accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) at Associate Certified Coach (ACC) level or above. The majority of our senior practitioners hold PCC or MCC status. Beyond credentials, coaches are selected for the depth of their lived professional experience — we believe the most effective coaches have walked, in some form, the paths their clients are navigating. All practitioners participate in regular supervised practice, continuing professional development, and annual performance review. We also gather client feedback at every engagement milestone, which informs ongoing quality assurance.
Absolutely. Clarendon operates across the whole of the United Kingdom, with practitioners based in London, Edinburgh, Manchester, and Bristol. Our virtual programmes reach clients across Europe and beyond. For organisational clients requiring on-site facilitation, we travel to wherever you are — and we have a particular fondness for delivering workshops in regional venues that offer the right environment for deep, focused work. Distance has never been a barrier to working with Clarendon.
Confidentiality is the foundation of effective coaching, and we take it extremely seriously. Everything discussed in a coaching session is held in strict confidence by the practitioner. In organisationally sponsored programmes, we agree a clear confidentiality framework with the sponsoring organisation at the outset — which typically specifies that the organisation will receive confirmation of session attendance and broad progress against objectives, but never the content of any session. The exception to confidentiality — as is standard in all reputable coaching — is a genuine risk to safety, which we explain clearly during contracting. All practitioners operate under the ICF Code of Ethics and Clarendon's own professional standards policy.
A typical first engagement begins with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call — no obligation, no sales pressure — during which we seek to understand your situation, goals, and what has prompted you to reach out now. If there is a clear fit, we will propose a specific programme design, including a suggested practitioner match, a proposed session structure, the psychometric tools we recommend, and a clear fee. Before formal work begins, there is a three-way contracting meeting (for organisationally sponsored coaching) or a detailed individual contracting session to agree expectations, boundaries, and success criteria. First coaching sessions typically involve an extended assessment conversation — longer than subsequent sessions — to establish a strong foundation for the work ahead.
