Our Story
Founded 2009
Clarendon Growth Partners was founded in London in 2009 by a small group of seasoned practitioners who shared a conviction: that the most enduring professional growth comes not from short-term fixes, but from deep, honest, evidence-based work with individuals and organisations willing to look inward with courage.
Our founders brought together backgrounds spanning organisational psychology, executive leadership, the civil service, and international consulting. What united them was a distinctly British sensibility — a commitment to understatement over spectacle, to long-term relationships over transactional engagements, and to intellectual rigour over empty affirmation.
In the intervening years we have worked with over 1,200 clients across every sector of British life — from the City's most pressurised trading floors to quiet NHS trusts navigating unrelenting change. The practice has grown, but the values that formed it have not.
"Our mission is to create the conditions in which people and organisations can do their best work — not just today, but for years to come."
What We Stand For
Every engagement we undertake is shaped by four principles that are as relevant today as they were when we first opened our doors.
We tell the truth — to our clients, to each other, and about the limits of our own expertise. Honest counsel, even when uncomfortable, is the only counsel worth having.
Every methodology we employ is grounded in research, tested in practice, and continuously reviewed. We do not follow trends; we follow evidence.
We listen before we speak. We seek to understand the full human context — professional and personal — before we offer any perspective or plan.
We measure success by the difference we make in the lives and organisations of our clients — not by the hours billed or the reports delivered.
Our Journey
Milestones that have shaped who we are and how we serve.
